Congrats to the Beauty Queen from Yankton, Jessica Albers was crowned Miss South Dakota USA 2013, the pageant final on Sunday night of November 4, 2012 at the Brandon Valley Performing Arts Center in Brandon, South Dakota.

Jessica Albers was previously the the first runner-up in Miss South Dakota USA 2012 beauty pageant. This is her 8th attempt in Miss South Dakota USA. The Beauty Queen Jessica Albers, 26 years old, will represent the state of South Dakota at Miss USA 2013.

Miss USA 2013, the 62nd Miss USA pageant will be held in June 2013 at a venue to be announced by the Miss Universe Organization. The new Miss USA will represent the United States at Miss Universe 2013. The current of Miss USA 2012, Olivia Culpo of Rhode Island, will crown her successor at the end of the USA pageant.
