Monic Marie Pérez Díaz is a model and beauty pageant titleholder. She represented Arecibo municipality at Miss Puerto Rico 2013.

On August 29, 2013 Monic was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013 and will represent Puerto Rico in the Miss Universe 2013 competition. She also won the awards of Miss Photogenic, Payless Best Catwalk and Best Body, respectively.

Monic is majoring in Nursing at University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo campus.

Puerto Rico already has new queens for 2013. Monic Perez was crowned Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2013 and will represent Puerto Rico in Miss Universe 2013. Gen. Davila, who was first runner-up, earned the band Miss Intercontinental Puerto Rico 2012 and will participate in Miss Intercontinental 2012 in Germany in November . Meanwhile, Desiree del Rio, Miss Cayey, was second runner and his band of Miss Supranational Puerto Rico 2013. Miss Mayaguez, Cristina Franceschini, is Miss Americas and Miss Puerto Rico 2013 Orocovis, Amanda Ortiz, is Top Model of the World Port Rico 2013
