Miss Venezuela 2012, the 60th Miss Venezuela pageant, was held on August 30, 2012 in Caracas, Venezuela, after weeks of events. The winner of the pageant was Maria Gabriela Isler, Miss Guarico.

The pageant was broadcast live on Venevision from the Salón Naiguatá, Hotel Tamanaco Intercontinental, Caracas. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Irene Esser crowned María Gabriela Isler as the new Miss Venezuela Universe.
